**Job Summary**

The Erosion Company is seeking a skilled and physically able Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our erosion control projects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards, including the proper use of machinery and equipment.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and work collaboratively with fellow crew members.
  • Remove, fill, compact, and prepare the terrain to ensure a stable and safe working environment.
  • Install silt fencing and erosion control blankets using a variety of hand tools.
  • Assist in site clean-up and reload leftover materials after the job assignment is complete.
  • Act as a spotter for vehicles as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Work under inclement weather conditions, such as rain, heat, and cold.
  • At least six months of prior experience in the construction field.
  • Ability to operate small machinery, such as a Bobcat, is a plus.
