Key Responsibilities:
+ Sanitation Duties: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel common areas. Replenishes housekeeping supplies and linens. Delivers necessary housekeeping items to guest accommodations.
+ Customer Satisfaction: Ensures guest contentment related to housekeeping services. Proactively assists and addresses requests promptly while delivering exceptional service. Collaborates effectively with team members to meet the needs of guests and the department, contributing positively to the overall hotel experience.
+ Health and Safety Compliance: Maintains a clean and secure work environment in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Reports maintenance issues and service requirements. Knowledgeable in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and adheres to emergency procedures.
+ Work Organization: Efficiently manages workload by planning and prioritizing tasks. Complies with company attendance policies, grooming standards, and departmental procedures. Participates in all mandatory meetings and is responsible for the proper use of equipment and supplies.
Essential Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED is preferred.
+ Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is advantageous. Must demonstrate attention to detail, customer orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
