About the Role:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to SNF residents

- Utilize Theoria's proprietary electronic health record system, ChartEasyTM, for efficient documentation
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and preferences
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant
