LPN Weekend Warrior

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team as an LPN Weekend Warrior. As an integral part of our care team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, wellness, and illness prevention of our residents.

In this rewarding position, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse to administer treatment or medications, perform clinical procedures, document patient data, and provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents on your nursing unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Administer and document medications, treatments, and other nursing services with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records of patient condition and communicate effectively with the nursing team and medical providers
• Assist in the orientation of new staff members and maintain competency in all required tasks

• New York State Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in PCC e-MAR system
• Physical endurance to perform frequent activities and lift up to 20 pounds

• Competitive salary range: $31-$34.24 per hour, depending on experience
