Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Piping/Plumbing Engineer Intern to join our team in Portland, OR. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on significant and complex projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of piping and plumbing systems for various projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for complex engineering problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Enrollment in a Mechanical or Architectural Engineering program from an ABET-accredited school
  • Completed 3 years of coursework or have a junior standing
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective working individually and within team environments
