Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those who are critically ill or unstable.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IV lines and administering blood transfusions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous CVICU experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- Oklahoma license (Compact Allowed)
