Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a smile, understand their musical needs, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest music and arts products, and provide expert advice to customers on their purchases.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and provide support and guidance to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Music and Arts: A genuine enthusiasm for music and the arts, with a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Retail Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
