Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our quality-based teams supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes working the Awake Overnight shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Remain alert and available throughout the shift to provide assistance as needed to individuals throughout the overnight shift.
  • Complete household cleaning throughout the shift and assist with personal care.
  • Objectively and accurately document nightly job responsibilities.
  • Promote appropriate communication and interactions consistent with company values with the supported person within the home and community.
  • Follow all care plans and attend to individual's wellbeing, reporting any concerns to nurse or management.
  • Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments.
  • Maintain a positive, productive team environment including relationships with individuals, families, management, other employees of West Bay RI and community associations.

Requirements:

  • 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
