Job Summary

As a Sales Associate with Spirit Halloween, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards and supporting the team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, and POS operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Generating sales and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the Store Management Team in merchandising and setup
  • Ensuring accurate POS operations and loss prevention
  • Adhering to Company Standards for Guest Services

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 16
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Physical demands of the job may require climbing ladders and setting up fixtures

Working with Spirit Halloween

As a Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
