### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
### Responsibilities
* Provide medical care to newborns in the NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
* Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of neonatology
* Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals
* Participate in hospital-wide committees and initiatives to improve patient care and safety
### Qualifications
* Board certification in Neonatology
* Completion of a fellowship program in Neonatology
* Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of California
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
