Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team at Aspen Heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing care and leadership, with experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care services, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and supervising staff members. A current license in the State of Iowa or compact license is required, and a graduate degree from an accredited RN program is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the provision of nursing care services to residents
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
  • Identify safety hazards and take corrective action

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the State of Iowa or compact license
  • Graduate degree from an accredited RN program (preferred)
  • Experience in nursing leadership and staff management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
