Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Nursing Team: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to our nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to provide exceptional care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and ensure our community is in compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
- Recruit and Retain Top Talent: Attract and retain the best nursing talent in the industry by providing a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the nursing budget and ensure that we are using our resources effectively to provide the highest quality of care.
- Graduate of an Accredited College or School of Nursing: Must have a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 2 Years RN Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
- Nursing Management Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in a nursing management role, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
- Certifications and Licenses: Must be certified in CPR and First Aid, and have a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
