About the Job

CrossMed Healthcare is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel allied job in Washington, DC. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate patient care
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At minimum 1 - 2 years' experience preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
  • Communication with other health team members
