As an Extraction Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art extraction equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production process.
Key Responsibilities- Extraction Operations: Operate and maintain extraction equipment, including centrifuges, distillation units, and other processing equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on extracted products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with our production team to optimize extraction processes, improve yields, and reduce waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on extraction equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all extraction activities, including batch records, quality control data, and equipment maintenance records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; STEM degree preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in an extraction or processing environment.
- Skills: Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP), ability to follow production records and procedures, basic math and writing skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
- Competitive Compensation: $21 to $25/hour.
