Job Summary:

Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Orlando, FL. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital sign monitoring and oxygen therapy.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators.

Requirements:

  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Current BCLS/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
