This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of multifamily projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project progress to clients, project managers, engineers, and owners, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and resolve problems proactively, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare and manage billing sheets, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Mentor and train other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a multifamily superintendent with strong project management skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in ground-up multifamily building construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
