Job Title
Solar Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary
As a Solar Plant Operations Manager at Origis Energy O&M and Construction Technicians, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our solar power plants. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, managing personnel, and developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

About the Role
This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge of solar power plant operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our employees have the necessary resources and support to do their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our solar power plants, minimizing downtime and maximizing plant performance.
* Lead and manage a team of solar technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience working in solar utility power plants, with 2 years at a supervisor level.
* Strong technical knowledge of solar power plant operations, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
$160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location
Columbus, MS. Up to 20% travel may be required.
