Job Overview: Oral Solid Dosage Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Solid Dosage Developer to join our team at Kelly USA. As an Oral Solid Dosage Developer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing formulations for solid oral dose manufacturing operations, including compounding, tableting, coating, and packaging.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new oral solid dosage products by formulating and testing.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of pilot to commercial scale manufacturing process.
  • Source equipment and project-specific materials from suppliers.
  • Prepare technical content for regulatory documents and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, process development, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in formulation development in an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical dosage forms, especially Oral Solid Dosage.
  • Hands-on process experience is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software products.
