Optometrist Position

Compensation and Benefits:
As an Optometrist with Delta Companies, you will receive a guaranteed salary of $195,000, with the potential for additional compensation based on experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is also available, as well as relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 7% match on retirement contributions. You will also enjoy 9 weeks of paid time off.

Responsibilities and Facility Details:
As a Full-Time Optometrist with Delta Companies, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work a 4-day week with 10-hour days, seeing approximately 12 patients per day. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with the Indian Health Services and enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend or call responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
