Responsibilities- Assess and Evaluate Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring timely and effective communication and education.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Best Practices: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest cancer treatments, technologies, and research.
- Current Licensure: Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado or a current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Certifications: Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), and certification in Oncology Nursing is preferred.
- Education: Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.
