Key Responsibilities
- Oversee case files throughout the litigation process, both independently and collaboratively.
- Conduct thorough fact investigations.
- Manage document production and other discovery-related tasks.
- Prepare witnesses for depositions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Review and interpret policies, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, including presenting oral arguments on motions.
- Assist in trial preparation and attendance, providing support to the trial team and engaging in direct and cross-examination of witnesses.
