Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Inc. as a Flex Security Officer. As a Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling different client sites on a variety of schedules. Your primary objective will be to preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol client sites to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Enforce regulations and directives for client sites, including personnel, visitors, and the area.
  • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
  • Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
  • Assist in start-ups at new accounts, including working the site, writing post orders, and training checklists.
  • Work special security assignments as required.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic phone and computer skills.
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • High level customer service.
  • Able to work any shift.
  • Security experience.
