Overview:

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute hospitals, and other healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech therapy services to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech therapy techniques and modalities.
