Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at Columbia River Ranch (Residential Treatment Facility) in Boardman, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to residents with severe mental illness, promoting their recovery and independence.
Responsibilities:- Provide 24-hour supervision and support to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Administer prescribed medications and document medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures.
- Supervise and assist with meal preparation and feeding residents according to menus and dining plans.
- Conduct evacuation and fire drills as assigned.
- Orient, train, and work with residents to perform tasks in an appropriate, safe, and independent manner.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe conditions, reporting any safety hazards.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation as required by OARs and CCS policies and procedures.
- Report any suspected violations or abuse of clients' rights.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Oregon Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Proof of Covid vaccination or approved religious or medical exemption.
- Experience in Human Services is preferred but not required.
This position requires an individual to be regularly available for work as scheduled. The position involves working in an office/home environment as well as in the community, with occasional out-of-area travel and overnight stays.
Salary: $18.65 to $25.77 per hour depending on experience.
