- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Certification: Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.

- Work Environment: Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
