About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Homebuyer Concierge to join our Sales and Marketing team at Lennar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homebuyers, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from escrow opening to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transactions and provide updates to homebuyers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones, ensuring compliance and successful closings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed.
  • Communicate with customers, taking and sending photo updates along their journey.
Requirements
  • Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance; Real Estate License preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, high-level customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
