The Sanitation Specialist is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas.

  • Receive guidance and respond positively to supervision
  • Engage professionally with leads, supervisors, colleagues, managers, and clients

  • Support the shift lead in completing outstanding tasks
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Understand the principles of customer service and satisfaction
  • Familiarize oneself with reporting systems and environmental considerations
Qualifications
  • No specific educational requirements; 3-6 months of training or relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Completion of all safety and task training certifications is necessary.
  • Forklift certification may be required.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment, with a willingness to share knowledge with the team
  • Understanding of the maintenance and care of cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of cleaning agents and chemicals, along with their safe and effective usage
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

Mon-Fri: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Sun- Thur: 11:00AM- 7:30AM
