We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Grill at Fairview Inn.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in grill and fry cooking, with a strong focus on creative comfort food. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that showcase your culinary skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in grill and fry cooking.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
