Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at The Springs Of Mooresville. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support in our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors as directed
  • Set up the dining room and meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
  • Assist cooks in preparing meals and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus
  • Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
