Restaurant Ambassadress

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Ambassadress to join our team. As a host, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

The Restaurant Ambassadress will be responsible for:

• Welcome guests warmly and promptly, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
• Seat guests based on their preferences and balance customer flow in service stations, ensuring efficient table turnover.
• Record guest names and party size, provide estimated waiting times, and call out names when tables become available.
• Offer menus, inspect tables for presentation and completeness, and relay messages to servers as needed.
• Maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist servers in maintaining and stocking service stations, contribute to a seamless dining experience.
• Clean and reset tables promptly, clean chairs, booths, and surrounding carpet, and take food and beverage orders from guests requesting take-out service.
• Process payments correctly and efficiently, close checks, and thank guests for their visit, inviting them to return.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned, demonstrate adaptability and teamwork.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, directed by the manager or supervisor.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be able to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds while bussing tables.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
