Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your duties will include positioning patients for CT scans, setting equipment controls, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Set equipment controls and monitor patient and equipment during procedures
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast media
  • Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
  • Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner
