About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner III to join our team at the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS). As a key member of our Public Health team, you will play a critical role in program evaluation and performance measures, strategic planning, and accreditation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess data, problems, and issues to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve public health goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective planning and evaluation processes.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to support the development of public health workforce infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support public health accreditation activities.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in planning, program evaluation, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing, collecting, and analyzing data to inform planning and evaluation decisions.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
