As a Data Analyst at Infinity Marketing Solutions Inc, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing Tableau dashboards while enhancing internal workflows and analytics methodologies across various teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and refine reporting processes across all accounts by establishing and overseeing best practices and standardizations set forth by the Analytics team.
  • Identify ETL/integration workflows for media and client data, initiating connections within our data aggregation platform.
  • Design and implement interactive, tailored Tableau dashboards for significant clients.
  • Create internal Tableau reports to evaluate media performance, credit management, and vendor compliance, while supporting business services and HR departments in automating reporting tasks.
  • Resolve technical challenges within existing dashboards and formulate data strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Utilize various mapping software to visualize demographics, client footprints, and media strategies.
  • Introduce best practices in data architecture and visualization techniques.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain data warehouses, dashboards, visualizations, data pipelines, and reporting tools that drive operational and business impact.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Proven experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Access, or other reporting and database systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL or R.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analysis tools is preferred.
