Role Description

As a Clinical Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services within our Rehabilitation Services Department. Your practice will adhere to the ethical standards and regulations set forth by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, as well as comply with state laws and institutional policies. We offer competitive compensation, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation incentives, a generous paid time off package, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' speech and language conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of patients and their families.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and progress.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating patient discharge from therapy services.
  • Oversee the activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support staff.
