We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our metrology team in a beautiful lakeside community. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in CMM programming, specifically with Calypso software, and experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CMM programs, performing precision dimensional inspections, partnering with engineering and quality teams, analyzing inspection data, and solving complex metrology challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CMM programs using Calypso software to support NPI and production operations.
  • Perform precision dimensional inspections to validate components, assemblies, and processes.
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to establish measurement strategies.
  • Analyze inspection data and generate reports to inform product improvements.
  • Solve complex metrology challenges to support seamless product launches.
  • Enhance existing measurement processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain metrology equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
  • Mentor team members on metrology techniques and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in CMM programming with advanced skills in Calypso software.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, dimensional inspection, and quality assurance principles.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction or similar manufacturing initiatives.
  • Hands-on proficiency with precision measurement tools and data analysis.
