Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine care and attention.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring the swift return of lost items left behind in our facilities.
  • Prepare cleaning carts with all necessary supplies to facilitate efficient room maintenance throughout the day.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disposing of waste, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels in guest rooms, ensuring every detail is immaculate.
  • Report supply levels and any maintenance issues promptly to support seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to push and pull wheeled carts effectively.
  • Willingness to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods while working in confined spaces.
  • Meet daily cleaning goals, including the thorough cleaning of a minimum of 13 rooms.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant is preferred.
