This role as a Software Development Engineer will be responsible for owning the qualification of Siri and AIML future technologies and customer-facing product features by developing automation and test methodologies. You will engage with innovative new-product teams around Apple, bringing your expertise and passion for innovation to solving technical problems for our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead all aspects of user impact and success metrics.
  • Develop automation and test methodologies to simulate and evaluate user experiences of Siri and ML-based products.
  • Own the qualification of Siri and AIML future technologies and customer-facing product features.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years as Software Development Engineer with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of Designing and Architecting tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge and application of statistics-based evaluation methodologies or user success metrics.
  • Deep understanding of ML-based concepts including awareness of how data is used to support ML, experimentation, and analytics.
  • Understanding of generative AI and experience in using Gen AI for various applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working and leveraging cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience with CI/CD Technologies.
  • Expertise to investigate, debug, and triage difficult problems both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
