Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide top-notch care to patients and contribute to the well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve high-quality patient outcomes through effective nursing care and communication with medical teams.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring timely updates and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Administer medications, monitor patient reactions, and report any adverse effects promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or participation in the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BLS certification prior to orientation completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
