Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community. The following outlines the essential duties and responsibilities expected of the position. Note that responsibilities may evolve or new tasks may be assigned as needed.

Essential Duties

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of all floors, windows, walls, staircases, and elevators.
  • Perform vacuuming of all floor surfaces.
  • Clean, sanitize, and replenish supplies in all restrooms.
  • Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins by ensuring cleanliness.
  • Manage waste disposal in common areas and liaise with maintenance regarding any waste-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and office personnel to fulfill any cleaning requests.
Qualifications

Required Skills
  • Understanding of safety protocols.
  • Proficient in using cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, walk-behind scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, ladders, and backpack vacuums.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Physical requirements include walking, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
  • $16-18/Hour
