We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Medicaid Product Strategy Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our Medicaid and Duals lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative benefit and wellness solutions to meet the evolving needs of our Medicaid members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new benefits and wellness programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our Medicaid markets and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health insurance, product design, or healthcare advisory services.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of health insurance, product design, or healthcare advisory services.
  • 3+ years of management experience or management consulting.
  • Deep working knowledge of Medicaid managed care policy, programs, and covered services.
  • Proven background in benefit and wellness product development for vulnerable underserved populations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA program with a specialization in Healthcare Management.
  • Experience supporting Medicaid Business Development.
  • Agile Product Development, Project Management, and Process Improvement qualifications.
