Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will support a variety of marketing functions, including communications, event coordination, digital marketing efforts, promotional activities, and public relations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in driving marketing strategies and initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, engineers, and business development staff to support marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage both digital and physical events, ensuring successful execution.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, including content creation for social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee public relations activities, including media relations and press material development.
  • Create and manage promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company's branding.
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for specific projects, managing timelines and resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • AEC Experience
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Express, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
