Leadership Opportunity:
Theoria Medical is seeking an exceptional Senior Primary Care Physician to serve as a Medical Director for our skilled nursing facilities.
About the Role:
- You will lead our team of medical professionals in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in SNFs.
- As a Medical Director, you will participate in administrative and quality initiatives, provide guidance to facility staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care and provide comprehensive primary care services.
- Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness and chronic diseases, as well as supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Requirements:
- You must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- A competitive compensation package, including a Medical Director stipend, is offered.
- Employer-paid life insurance policy is also provided.
