CASH WAGGNER & ASSOCIATES, PC is seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to contribute to the success of various projects through meticulous fieldwork and comprehensive documentation utilizing cutting-edge technology and advanced tools.

• Collaborate with engineers and surveying personnel on civil engineering, site development, and transportation design projects.
• Engage in a variety of projects including roadways, airports, railways, drainage systems, and site development.
• Oversee and direct the activities of field crews.
• Evaluate boundary research and field surveys, including route and property surveys, as well as ALTA/NSPS surveys.

• Proficient understanding of computer-aided drafting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles, construction specifications, plans, and regulations.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety protocols and practices.
• Ability to manage office operations efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

Local travel may be necessary within a 300-mile radius. A valid driver's license is required.

• Preferred Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, or the ability to obtain licensure in these states within six months of employment. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.

Must be capable of traveling to various project locations and navigating job sites and construction areas. Proficiency in operating motorized equipment and the ability to work outdoors in diverse field conditions are essential.
