Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when they are seated
  • Suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
  • Check back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills and clear items from the table
  • Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return

Requirements:

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
