Electrical Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Harlow Aerostructures LLC. As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test electro-mechanical systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Perform fabrication, assembly, installation, and processing of electrical parts, material, hardware, and components
- Determine wire routing and assembly sequence on parts
- Operate tools and equipment, such as wire strippers, crimpers, solder iron, and wire identification tools
- Work from blueprints, wiring schematics, technical manuals, written and verbal instructions, and standard assembly procedures
- Perform continuity checks, bonding tests, and other similar type testing
- Clean up work areas, tools, and equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing assembly related work
- Experience in electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies, preferred
- Ability to read Blue Prints, Technical Manuals, and Wiring Schematics
- Good Hand-Eye Coordination
- Ability to work with standard hand tools
- Knowledge in J-STD, Soldering, Wire Crimping, and Pinning
- Excellent manual dexterity to manipulate and move parts and hand tools
- Able to safely push, pull, lift, stack, and carry materials weighing up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
