Overview:

We are seeking a qualified instructor to provide skills-based training and experiences in a traditional or non-traditional classroom setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced trainer to participate in the Climate Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) program, delivering instruction on emerging clean energy technologies. The successful candidate will have expertise in one or more areas such as Solar Technology, Wind Turbine, Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Weatherization / Energy Auditing, Electrical, Electric Motor Repair, Electric Vehicle Maintenance, EV Automotive Service Technician, EV Charging Station Installation and Maintenance, and Electric Medium and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality instruction on clean energy technologies
  • Conduct training needs assessments using various techniques
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs
  • Collaborate with local employers to address specific professional development needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Experience in clean energy technologies or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with adult learners

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
