General Overview:
The Lead Custodian is responsible for executing and supporting maintenance tasks related to school facilities, equipment, and grounds operations, ensuring that the physical premises are maintained in a state of operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the facilities.
- Assist in the management of custodial staff and oversee daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to implement effective maintenance strategies.
