Drobocky Orthodontics is a dynamic and supportive team seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant to join our staff.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching program, short and long term disability, and a monthly bonus program.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing trusting relationships with patients, educating them on orthodontic care and treatment practices, working chairside with patient care, taking X-rays and pictures, fabricating retainers, maintaining patient charts, and performing other duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Action-oriented and proactive approach
- Knowledge of orthodontics and associated treatment appliances and equipment used
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Compassion and high level of service for patients, parents, and staff
- Integrity, ability to handle confidential information, and protect patient confidentiality
