Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Lead Bioanalytical Scientist specializing in the bioanalysis of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs). This role demands extensive expertise in bioanalytical methodologies and pharmacokinetics pertaining to large molecules.
Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Oversee and direct the development, validation, and analysis of bioanalytical methods for ADCs, utilizing techniques such as ligand binding assays, ELISA, and LC-MS/MS.
- Design and implement experiments to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and distribution of ADCs in both preclinical and clinical settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance drug development initiatives and provide scientific guidance on bioanalytical strategies.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare comprehensive technical reports, and present findings to both internal teams and external partners.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioanalytical techniques, regulatory standards, and industry developments related to ADCs.
- Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and regulatory submissions as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Immunology, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in ADC bioanalysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and validating bioanalytical methods for ADCs, including practical experience with immunoassays and LC-MS/MS.
- A strong grasp of pharmacokinetic principles as they relate to ADCs.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to independently resolve technical challenges.
- A proven track record of leading projects, mentoring junior scientists, and effectively conveying complex scientific ideas.
- Experience in a regulated environment (GLP, GCP) and familiarity with FDA and EMA guidelines for biologics bioanalysis.
