Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and inspect vehicles prior to departure, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Unload vehicles and stage orders in designated areas of the warehouse, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Verify all necessary details at pickups and deliveries, including manifests, tags, box counts, and labels.
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatchers and customers, utilizing personal phones to report changes or issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette.
  • Assist the intake manager in receiving inventory at facilities, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Be available for on-call periods and utilize Paychex Iris ID to clock in and out of shifts.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid MI Driver's License and State of Michigan Chauffeur License.
  • Able to safely drive cargo vans and lift up to 75 pounds, with the ability to carry, twist, squat, kneel, and lower loads.
  • Professional and positive demeanor, with reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $16.50/Hour during training period (typically 90 days), $18/Hour after qualification.
